We are looking for a hands-on, execution-first Supply Chain Lead to own and scale the end-to-end global supply chain for IM8. Based in Hong Kong, this is not a theoretical role—you will be in the trenches daily, ensuring our products move seamlessly from suppliers to customers across the globe. You will build scalable, AI-enabled processes while actively managing warehouses, chasing shipments, and solving real-time problems to support our explosive growth.
Your Mission: Own the Flow from Raw Material to Customer
You will be the single point of accountability for IM8's global supply chain, responsible for ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and seamless launches as we expand into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Operational Ownership:
- Own and support the full supply chain lifecycle: demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and global logistics.
- Work closely with 5+ global warehouses (soon 6), monitoring daily performance, inbound/outbound flows, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure products are manufactured, shipped, stored, and delivered on time across all regions.
Warehousing, Logistics & Daily Execution:
- Act as the primary coordinator between warehouses, logistics partners, and freight forwarders.
- Proactively manage shipping schedules, bookings, delays, shortages, and last-minute changes.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time to prevent impact on customer availability or product launches.
Systems, Data & AI-Driven Optimization:
- Own and continuously enhance the existing supply chain dashboard and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
- Implement AI and automation tools to generate proactive alerts for low stock, inbound delays, and risks.
- Build clear, reliable reporting for leadership on inventory, service levels, risks, and working capital.
Forecasting, Planning & Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain demand and supply forecasts across multiple SKUs, campaigns, and new market rollouts.
- Manage day-to-day communication and performance with contract manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Identify supply chain risks early and implement fast, practical mitigation plans.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, and Quality teams to support launches and growth initiatives.
- Balance speed, cost, and service levels in a fast-moving DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and omnichannel environment.
- Design scrappy yet scalable processes that can support rapid global expansion.
Who You Are
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, operations, or procurement, preferably within consumer health, supplements, FMCG, or DTC brands.
- Strong practical experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools, automation, and data dashboards for daily operations and decision-making.
- Execution-driven and proactive—you thrive on doing the work yourself and solving problems on the ground.
- Able to operate with speed, agility, and ambiguity in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
- A strong communicator who can coordinate across time zones and manage external partners effectively.
- Practical, commercial, and focused on delivering tangible impact.
