Your Mission: Be the Face of Better Sleep Health
As a Sleep Coach, you will be the welcoming, trusted expert in our retail clinic. Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting individuals on their journey to better sleep. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional service, maintain high standards, and contribute to business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide compassionate, tailored solutions.
- Drive Purposeful Sales: Achieve sales targets by confidently recommending products and services that genuinely improve sleep quality and health.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up with customers to check progress, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
Clinic Operations & Merchandising:
- Maintain Impeccable Standards: Keep displays fresh, manage inventory, and ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle Operations with Care: Accurately process POS transactions, manage cash, and complete general administrative duties.
- Care for Equipment: Maintain and check trial devices to ensure they are ready and safe for customer use.
Expertise & Development:
- Become a Sleep Health Expert: Complete comprehensive training and stay current on ResMed’s innovative products and solutions.
- Share Your Knowledge: Educate customers and contribute to a knowledgeable, supportive team environment.
Who You Are: Skills & Attributes
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail, customer service, or sales role.
- Experience with visual merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling.
- A background in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness is a plus, but not required.
Your Strengths:
- Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented: You love achieving targets and celebrating wins.
- Empathetic Communicator: Confident, compassionate, and adaptable in connecting with people.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy, from visual presentation to reporting.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology; knowledge of MYOB or MedTech software is a bonus.
- Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and committed to shared success.
