Job Description
Primary Objective:
In this internship, you will perform essential tasks within the QC Raw Materials Laboratory, gaining practical experience in chemical analysis, equipment maintenance, and GMP compliance. You will contribute directly to the quality and safety of raw materials used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

đź“‹ RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical analysis of water, cleaning validation, and incoming raw material samples.
- Ensure all testing is completed on time and in full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in reviewing and approving QC records and logbooks.
- Participate in SOP and form revisions.
- Follow safe handling and disposal procedures for laboratory waste.
- Support document archival, project work, and inspection readiness activities.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain 5S and good housekeeping in the Raw Materials Lab.
- Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives (GEMBA walks, GMP audits).
- Assist the QC Supervisor with internal and external compliance audits.
- Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Uphold Takeda’s Code of Conduct and promote a respectful workplace.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
👤 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
