Your Role: Customer Success Specialist
Be the voice of our pioneering brands. In this dynamic role, you will blend pre-sales consultancy with expert customer support, directly driving growth and ensuring an exceptional customer journey. You’ll engage with a global audience, providing personalized health and wellness solutions while operating at the forefront of health-tech innovation.
What You Will Be Doing
Pre-Sales & Conversion Excellence
- Identify customer needs through active listening and provide clear, compelling explanations of our product offerings.
- Offer personalized suggestions and articulate strong value propositions to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
- Proactively follow up on pre-sales inquiries, build rapport, and guide leads through the sales journey with engaging conversations.
Customer Advocacy & Problem Resolution
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, validating concerns and delivering optimal solutions per company guidelines.
- Act as the customer’s advocate by gathering and sharing critical feedback with internal teams to help shape product improvements.
- Escalate complex or high-priority issues to management and cross-functional stakeholders promptly and clearly.
Product Expertise & Operational Support
- Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of our products, promotions, and company announcements.
- Use Gorgias, internal systems, and collaboration tools (Google Sheets, Slack) to manage customer interactions via email and chat efficiently.
- Support general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Availability to work 5 days a week, including Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (or as per assigned schedule).
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales support, or customer success role, preferably in eCommerce or a direct-to-consumer environment.
- A results-driven, sales-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting conversion targets and delighting customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills—patient, adaptable, and able to communicate evolving product information clearly.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Must be able to interact professionally with Chinese-speaking clients.
- High emotional intelligence: ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during challenging customer interactions.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, health, wellness, or technology industries is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior use of platforms like Amazon, TikTok, or messaging tools for sales and customer support.
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk systems such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
