Job Description Summary
As an Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for producing pharmaceutical products by executing assigned activities according to the production schedule, in full compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and operational guidelines. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all assigned manufacturing activities according to the production schedule, adhering to GMP, work instructions, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Perform timely batch record review and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct cleaning, preparation, and sterilization of production equipment and rooms.
- Maintain production area housekeeping, following 5S principles (cleaning, tidiness, organization).
- Perform sampling, aliquoting, distribution, and in-process controls.
- Manage consumables supply (filters, resins, bags, reagents, gases, WCB) for seamless operations.
- Conduct daily checks of manufacturing equipment, support devices, and rooms.
- Independently execute complex setups and changeovers of machine components/format parts.
- Provide first-level support for equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting.
- Deliver on-the-job equipment operator training to team members.
👤 Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or higher in Engineering or Sciences.
- Proficient in English.
- No prior experience required—training will be provided. Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage.
- High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail (documentation, order, cleanliness).
- Strong technical and process understanding with troubleshooting aptitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
