A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our KL office (Bangsar South) for a Logistics Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage all movements from receiving raw materials through to dispatching finished products, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency within our global supply chain.

đź“‹ Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound shipments and courier deliveries in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Ensure proper product identification, storage, and handling per the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Pick, pack, and issue materials for manufacturing and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Pack finished devices for shipping, including boxing and labeling according to work instructions.
- Perform shipping transactions in Oracle and coordinate with courier services.
- Participate in weekly cycle counts and annual stocktakes.
- Adhere to 5S, ESD, safety, and quality procedures; promote continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback on system and process enhancements to improve logistics operations.
👤 Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or a similar field.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing material requirements is an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy with intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
