We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Key Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between Hartalega's world-class products and the customers who rely on them—building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional service across global markets.

You'll work with diverse customers across markets, collaborate with internal teams, and represent a brand trusted by healthcare professionals worldwide.
What You'll Own
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account management
- Expand customer base by identifying, connecting with, and converting prospective clients
- Grow existing accounts by introducing new products and executing targeted sales strategies
- Contribute to yearly sales budget planning by providing accurate customer forecasts
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers through proactive support and high-touch service
- Provide clients with market intelligence, product information, regulatory guidance, and industry trends
- Handle all customer enquiries—quotations, samples, registrations, shipments, artwork, payments, and more
- Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and travel arrangements
Sales Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate Customer Requirement (CR) Files, forecasts, and pricing records
- Facilitate agreement and contract discussions; manage signed agreements and renewals
- Process Purchase Orders accurately and monitor customer payments
- Initiate price reviews based on market feedback and customer insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively
- Organize and participate in Packaging Change Order (PCO) meetings, kick-off meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new customers and requirements
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation
- Contribute to exhibition preparation and attend local and overseas events
Continuous Learning & Development
- Stay current through training courses, seminars, conferences, and industry publications
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge to better serve customers and represent Hartalega
Who You Are
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
