About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured, technical, and collaborative environment, with strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality, compliant products reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Radio Certification Activities
- Work closely with the Compliance Project Manager, R&D engineers, vendors, and test houses to plan and execute RF and radio certification for new and existing products.
- Prepare technical documentation and support test submissions to external certification bodies.
- Manage timelines, communicate project status, and ensure deliverables meet regulatory and quality expectations.
- Optimize testing costs by identifying suitable test houses and consolidating test activities where possible.
- Maintain accurate internal documents, reports, and certification records.
- Stay informed of changes to radio and wireless certification standards (e.g., CE, FCC, EMC).
2. Execute General Compliance Activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and test houses to carry out product compliance testing according to project requirements.
- Review test reports, specifications, and external data for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead small projects or work independently on assigned deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes, methods, or systems to enhance compliance outcomes.
3. Support Compliance Capability Development
- Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other team members.
- Help build organizational awareness and understanding of compliance standards.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly across different teams and stakeholders.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or related Engineering field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in product compliance, testing, or certification (medical devices, consumer electronics, or RF products).
- Understanding of radio frequency (RF), EMC, and safety testing standards.
- Familiarity with international standards such as CE, FCC, ISO 13485, and IEC 60601 (advantageous).
- Strong technical writing and documentation review skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving approach.
