Key Responsibilities & Impact:
- Financial Stewardship & Reporting: Lead the full spectrum of accounting operations, including month-end closing, management accounts, and group financial reporting, ensuring strict adherence to IFRS and tight reporting deadlines.
- Governance & Control: Uphold robust internal controls and financial governance across all entities, managing intercompany transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring audit-ready compliance.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate strategically with Operations, Procurement, HR, and IT to support business initiatives, providing financial insights that drive decision-making across our diverse portfolio (IM8, CircleDNA, Europa).
- Process Innovation: Identify and lead process improvement and automation projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the finance function, including ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) enhancements.
- Global Consolidation Support: Work closely with the group finance team to streamline consolidation processes and support the financial integration of our fast-growing health and wellness brands.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting; background in Big 4 audit or a listed company environment is a significant advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and a proven track record in month-end close and group reporting.
- High proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is ideal) and advanced MS Excel skills for complex data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
