The Technology Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the technology delivery through each phase of the Global ERP Transformation Program (Ignite ERP).
We are seeking a key individual to drive the project management within the Ignite Global ERP Program, ensuring the Global Technology Services works seamlessly with the System Integration Partner and Program team to deliver the technology deliverables on time, budget, within scope, and RAIDD management. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and end-to-end delivery of complex program. You will work with internal and external technical and teams, stakeholders, external groups, suppliers and other organizations, with a focus on delivery of value to customers, both external and internal.

What you will do:
- Drive tactical projects and objectives with existing alignment and scope defined
- Support Architect and tech workstream lead to plan and monitor the progress of integration, reports, security and infrastructure related activities
- Act as the single point of contact for all technical build activities
- Support technical documentation for integrations and reports
- Support Oracle and Boomi integration activities
- Work closely with the Environments Manager to ensure environments are built to specification and made available according to the environment strategy and plan.
- Collaborate with Data Leads to ensure data is available and fit-for-purpose for development, testing, and migration activities.
- Conduct sprint planning with technical teams and coordinate with Scrum Masters or Squad Leads to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the Change Approval Board (CAB) process to authorize promotion of changes through environments and into production.
- Partner with the Business Project Manager to align technology-related tasks within the integrated project plan and maintain accurate RAIDD and status reporting.
- Ensure all technical artefacts are complete for submission to governance forums including the Design Authority and Technical Advisory Board.
- Provide technical project direction to the Systems Integration Partner and incorporate learnings into continuous delivery planning.
- Planning, tracking and execution of projects with a focus on regular and timely delivery of value to customers
- Leverage Program templates, frameworks and processes to develop project plans including coordination of release activities and documentation, ensuring QMS and development process governance, etc.
- Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required
- Clearly communicates facts and insights on project progress through status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any risks or issues
- Build productive internal and external working relationships with process owners, business project managers, architects, engineering managers, and other stakeholders
- Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
- May assist other Project Managers on the wider programs of work
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud environments, with at least 5 years in a program or project management role
- Should have strong technical background and understanding of Oracle OIC, BIP and OTBIEE tools
- Involved in various activities like preparation of technical documents, discussions with the business and tech leads regarding the proposed solution, PL/SQL programs scripts, related reports and forms, unit level and user acceptance testing.
- PSM I, CSM, PMP desired
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience managing complex projects or smaller programs in highly matrixed software development cultures while working with two or more teams at a time
- Experience in all phases of the software/project lifecycle, interfacing both with technical teams and business users spanning multiple geographies
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
