Key Responsibilities
You will be a key contributor to digital transformation projects, bridging the gap between technical development and regulatory compliance.
AI & Data Solution Development:
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying data-driven and AI-assisted tools for regulatory operations.
- Analyze both structured (product data) and unstructured (submissions files) regulatory data to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Perform data validation, testing, and model evaluation for prototype AI/ML solutions.
Data Management & Visualization:
- Build and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines, and interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to improve regulatory information traceability.
- Execute ad-hoc technical tasks, including data maintenance, cleaning, automation scripting, and report generation.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with RA subject matter experts and cross-functional teams (IT, Quality, R&D) to align technology with compliance needs.
- Document new digital workflows and assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related IT field.
- Strong understanding of SQL, data management, and database design.
- Foundational knowledge of Python and data analytics libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- A passion for applying technical skills to the healthcare and regulatory domain.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), automation frameworks, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
