Drive organizational agility and complex problem-solving. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide and mentor multiple teams in Bengaluru. In this senior role, you will act as an Agile coach, resolving complex impediments, influencing cross-functional decisions, and consolidating agile practices across the organization to maximize value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a catalyst for organizational change, leveraging deep agile expertise to improve team effectiveness and maturity.
Agile Coaching & Mentorship:
- Guide, coach, and mentor Product Owners and junior Scrum Masters to advance organizational agile maturity.
- Deliver ongoing agile training for teams, developers, and testers to embed and evolve agile methodologies.
- Effectively lead teams to higher levels of scrum maturity and self-management.
Impediment Removal & Strategic Influence:
- Resolve complex team impediments by coordinating with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders across the organization.
- Act as a trusted representative in committees and serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Product Owners and release managers.
- Use expert agile knowledge to guide teams in adopting optimal tools and practices for software development.
Process Improvement & Problem-Solving:
- Offer innovative, conceptual approaches to improve organizational agility and drive decision-making.
- Solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the business, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading small to mid-sized agile teams.
- 5+ years of overall IT/Software delivery experience in an agile environment.
- Demonstrable experience applying Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
- Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and build team consensus.
- Solid coaching experience in organizational change and agile benefits realization.
- Excellent communication skills and C1 proficiency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge across several Agile disciplines (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Industry-recognized Agile and/or DevOps certifications.
- University degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
