Oncology Site Leadership
- Monitor clinical trial sites specializing in oncology to ensure strict adherence to complex cancer protocols and GCP standards
- Conduct comprehensive site visits to assess performance, resolve challenging issues, and provide expert support for successful oncology trial execution
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with oncology investigators and site staff at leading cancer centers across South Korea
- Provide specialized training and guidance to site staff on oncology-specific protocols and procedures
Data Excellence & Patient Safety
- Ensure data integrity for complex oncology endpoints including tumor response, progression-free survival, and overall survival data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate collection of critical oncology data
- Maintain vigilant oversight of patient safety in high-risk oncology populations
- Review and verify serious adverse events with particular attention to oncology-specific safety profiles
Oncology Trial Expertise
- Manage multiple oncology sites and projects simultaneously with sophisticated organizational skills
- Apply deep understanding of oncology trial methodology including RECIST criteria and cancer biomarkers
- Navigate complex oncology protocols with multiple treatment arms and combination therapies

- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, or related field
- Extensive experience as Clinical Research Associate with significant oncology trial expertise

- Comprehensive understanding of oncology-specific regulatory requirements and guidelines
Oncology Technical Competencies
- Expertise in oncology monitoring practices and cancer protocol management
- Strong knowledge of oncology endpoints and response assessment criteria (RECIST)
- Experience with oncology-specific data collection and adverse event monitoring
- Proficiency in clinical trial software and systems used in oncology research
