Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs and targets.

2. Key Account Management & Customer Excellence

- Facilitate agreements and contract discussions with customers, and maintain accurate filing of all contracts.
- Handle all customer enquiries related to quotations, products, samples, logistics, and payments.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up when necessary.
- Serve as the key coordinator for exhibitions (local and overseas) and represent the company professionally.
3. Strategic Support & Process Coordination
- Act as a key assistant to the Sales Manager, providing analytical support and proposing solutions for complex problems.
- Assist in yearly sales budget planning by providing accurate customer sales forecasts.
- Organize and lead cross-departmental meetings (e.g., Packaging Change Order, Kick-off, UAT) for new customers or requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in Purchase Order processing and the initial production of new items.
- Train, coach, and motivate junior sales team members (EG8 and below).
- Participate in internal and external audits.
