Your Mission: Strategic Partner, Culture Champion, People Architect
You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, a proactive partner to HR Centers of Excellence, and a champion of the Hartalega culture. Your work will directly influence leadership effectiveness, talent mobility, employee engagement, and organizational health.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as a proactive, strategic partner and sparring partner to business leaders, providing sound HR consulting to support business objectives and strategic planning.
- Translate business strategies into people strategies, ensuring alignment with Hartalega’s vision, values, and growth ambitions.
- Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
2. Talent & Performance Leadership
- Drive and support strategic HR programs in performance management, succession planning, leadership engagement, and career mobility.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Act as a change agent and coach to managers, enabling a high-performance and highly engaged culture.
3. Culture Stewardship & Employee Relations
- Live and systematically strengthen the Hartalega culture through people processes and organic engagement.
- Manage and resolve complex people issues, engaging stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in.
- Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on fundamental HR topics, providing guidance and ensuring 100% compliance with policies and ethical standards.
- Support employee engagement diagnostics and initiatives to foster a positive, productive work environment.
Who You Are: The Ideal Strategic HR Leader
You are a seasoned HR professional with deep experience operating as a true strategic business partner in a complex, multi-layered manufacturing or industrial environment. You are a trusted advisor, a culture carrier, and a results-driven leader.
Your Required Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing, production, or industrial organization.
- Proven experience working in organizations with multi-layered interfaces and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Deep expertise in core HR domains: Talent Management, Performance Management, Industrial/Employee Relations, and Stakeholder Leadership.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and advisory skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders.
- A genuine passion for building culture and driving people initiatives that deliver business results.
- HR-related professional certifications are highly advantageous.
