Your Mission: Authoritative Writer & Scientific Liaison
You will be the key point for developing and maintaining standard scientific response documents and managing the flow of complex medical information, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Evidence-Based Content Development & Management
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches using PubMed and other subscribed databases to validate and support scientific content.
- Create, update, and maintain global Standard Scientific Response Comments (gSSRCs), Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and other scientific documents based on provided templates and style guides.
- Ensure all content is accurate, current, and aligned with the latest evidence and product labeling.
2. Scientific Query & Stakeholder Management
- Respond to escalated scientific queries from internal and external stakeholders, including HCPs, patients, and caregivers, with evidence-based, balanced information.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and compliant scientific communication.
- Adhere to best practices in processes, communication, project management, and documentation.
3. Publications & Project Execution
- Utilize experience in writing and managing scientific publications (manuscripts, posters, abstracts) to support broader medical communications projects.
- Participate in assigned training programs and work on varied assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, timelines, confidentiality, and security compliance in all activities.

Your Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or Master’s) in a relevant life sciences discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Medical Writer, with at least 3 years dedicated to producing scientific/medical content.
- Proven experience in writing and managing the development of scientific publications (peer-reviewed manuscripts, congress abstracts, posters).
- Excellent medical writing skills with a strong command of English (oral and written) and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in conducting literature searches and using digital tools and IT solutions relevant to medical writing and reference management.
- Strong project management abilities: capable of prioritizing multiple detailed activities with fast, focused execution.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively both independently and across multidisciplinary/remote teams.
