We are currently seeking a Manager, Clinical Systems to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Clinical Systems at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of clinical systems that support efficient trial management and data integrity. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative therapies by ensuring that clinical systems are optimized for performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the development, implementation, and optimization of clinical systems to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure alignment with clinical trial objectives.
- Monitoring system performance and conducting regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Providing training and support to team members on clinical systems, fostering a culture of proficiency and accountability.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and technology partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on system initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, information technology, or clinical research.
- Extensive experience in managing clinical systems or related technology, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in clinical data management tools and systems, with a focus on optimizing user experience and data integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
