Lead Hematologic Oncology Trials Across APAC: Bilingual Senior CRA (Remote)
We are seeking highly experienced Senior Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with specialized expertise in Hematologic Oncology studies and critical language skills. This is a remote opportunity to manage and monitor pivotal clinical trial sites across the Asia-Pacific region, acting as Parexel's direct contact and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and patient safety.
Language Requirements (Must Meet One Pair):
- Japanese and Korean with professional working proficiency or above.
- Japanese and Taiwanese Mandarin with professional working proficiency or above.
Your Mission: Expert Site Management & Relationship Building
You will be the primary point of accountability for assigned clinical trial sites, managing all activities from site initiation through close-out with a focus on hematologic oncology.
Key Accountabilities:
1. End-to-End Site Stewardship
- Act as Parexel’s direct contact, building strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Perform all visit types (Qualification, Initiation, Monitoring, Close-out) to ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, and ICH-GCP compliance.
- Evaluate site performance, identify issues, and implement effective corrective actions independently.
- Manage study supplies, site payments, data entry, and query resolution.
2. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure sites are audit and inspection ready. Collect, review, and approve essential regulatory documents.
- Apply working knowledge to identify potential data quality issues and determine appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and Parexel/Sponsor SOPs.
3. Project Delivery & Collaboration
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of project goals. Update all clinical trial management systems (CTMS, EDC, TMF) with high quality.
- Work effectively in a matrix team environment, providing strategy for efficient project planning.
- Proactively communicate study issues that require immediate action.
Who You Are: The Bilingual Oncology Specialist
You are a self-driven, senior-level CRA who thrives in a remote setting and possesses the unique linguistic and therapeutic expertise required for this regional role.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Significant Site Management experience (or equivalent) in clinical research, with a strong understanding of clinical trials methodology.
- Direct experience monitoring Hematologic Oncology studies is required.
- Educated to degree level in a biological science, pharmacy, nursing, or health-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
- Must meet the language proficiency requirements listed above.
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (CTMS, EDMS, MS Office).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage timelines, and accommodate extensive travel as required by the study phase.
