The Role: Feasibility Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Feasibility Specialist to support critical feasibility processes for our global clinical trials. In this role, you will conduct research and data analysis to identify potential investigators and sites, ensure data accuracy in clinical systems, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and sites directly to gather essential feasibility data.

- Korean & English – Business level proficiency in both languages is a must.
Your Mission: Enable Data-Driven Site Selection
You will be a key supportive team member within Regional Intelligence, executing site feasibility plans and ensuring high-quality insights are delivered to study teams.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Feasibility Execution: Perform tasks for multiple site intelligence and feasibility projects, managing a high volume of complex studies and sites.
- Data Analysis & Research: Conduct research and data analysis to identify suitable clinical trial sites and investigators.
- Clinical Systems & Outreach: Administer and maintain clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and feasibility tools. Assist with feasibility study setup, including outreach to potential sites to gather survey data.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Support: Communicate and coordinate with the Feasibility Strategy & Analytics Lead (FSAL), site staff, and other stakeholders to support feasibility efforts. Partner with clinical operations (GSSO/CD&O) teams to improve study start-up metrics.
- Process Improvement: Promote a continuous improvement culture, helping to develop and maintain internal processes to optimize country & site selection activities.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues or discrepancies in the feasibility process as directed.
Who You Are: The Bilingual Analyst
You are a proactive professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data and processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Your Profile:
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English is mandatory (written and verbal).
- Experience in clinical operations, site feasibility, site identification, or clinical trial management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and other clinical data tools.
- Strong data analysis, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision within a team, managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to develop and optimize processes.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional matrix organization is advantageous.
