Your Role: Bridge Technology & Business Impact
As an Intelligent Automation Engineer, you'll be a key player in our digital transformation, designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity across Takeda. Combining your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform with sharp business insight, you'll translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions that deliver real value.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop) and/or Appian.
- Business Consultation: Partner directly with business teams as an embedded consultant, analyzing processes and recommending automation opportunities to drive efficiency.
- Technical Implementation: Develop robust automations, APIs, and applications using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript to extend platform capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the crucial link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and global partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and platform updates, continuously enhancing your skills and our automation practices.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on professional experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
- Proven experience building automations with Power Automate (cloud) and Power Automate Desktop
- Solid background in API and back-end development using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience working in virtual/agile teams across different time zones and cultures
- Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Appian low-code platform development
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project collaboration
- Strong analytical thinking and process optimization mindset
