Lead with Impact in Oncology

Our oncology portfolio represents the forefront of scientific advancement, and we are seeking an accomplished and strategic Oncology Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive growth and patient access in the key market of Mumbai.
In this high-impact role, you will be the primary business driver for our innovative oncology products, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans across a large geography. You will build deep, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), large oncology community practices, and cancer centers to ensure our life-changing therapies reach the patients who need them.
Your Key Accountabilities
Strategic Business Leadership:
- Hold direct sales responsibility for assigned oncology product(s) across the entire Mumbai territory, with a focus on achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive strategic business plan, tailored to the unique dynamics of large oncology accounts and cancer centers within your geography.
Scientific Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Promote highly technical and innovative oncology products to a sophisticated audience of physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in large oncology practices and academic institutions.
- Represent a consistent "Patient First" philosophy in all business activities and interactions.
Collaboration & Team Development:
- Train, manage, and coach a team of promotional speakers within your assigned territory to ensure aligned and impactful scientific communication.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory, to execute integrated strategies.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in strict alignment with ethical, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong preference for oncology or other complex specialty therapeutic areas.
- Proven experience in large geography and key account management, specifically managing large community oncology practices and/or cancer centers.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with medical professionals in a compliant manner.
- High comprehension of scientific/clinical data and the oncology treatment landscape.
Highly Preferred:
- Previous launch experience for a new oncology product.
- Established relationships and a strong professional network within the Mumbai oncology healthcare community.
- A documented track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
