đź“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🏗️ Full-Stack Development & Architecture
- Build best-in-class, cloud-native web and mobile applications that are reliable, scalable, and secure.
- Produce system design and architecture, write application/infrastructure code and tests, and deploy them in the cloud.
- Work across the stack with Java & SpringBoot or Python & FastAPI for backend, and ReactJS, HTML, CSS for frontend.
🔄 Engineering Excellence & Collaboration
- Exhibit an engineering-first mentality with deep empathy for the challenges of modern software development.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, proof-of-concept work, and spikes.
- Continuously strive to improve existing systems, designs, and code at every opportunity.
🤝 Team Leadership & Agile Practice
- Be a supportive team player—help unblock other engineers and occasionally lead projects or project components.
- Adhere to team and organizational processes while working in an Agile SCRUM environment.
- Work on new products, features, enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenance as needed.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
âś… ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years building APIs with Java & SpringBoot or Python & FastAPI (or equivalent framework).
- 2+ years in public cloud (AWS) using Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, and other cloud-native technologies.
- 2+ years developing web front ends with ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and strong test practices using automated testing tools.
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and experience in an Agile SCRUM environment.
🌟 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Building high-volume, cloud-native mobile and web applications.
- Working with microservices architecture and micro-frontend frameworks.
- Implementing GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated product environments.
