The Incubation & Growth team is where novel AI-enabled and digital-first solutions are born. We explore, validate, and scale products that address unmet needs in sleep health, chronic disease management, and consumer wellness. We work at speed, blend clinical and technical expertise, and partner deeply across the organization to bring bold ideas to life.
Your Role: Shape What's Next
As the Lead Digital Product Manager, you will be the visionary and driving force behind new digital and AI-powered products—from early concept through validation and readiness for scale. This role is for a product leader who excels in ambiguity, navigates complexity with confidence, and can synthesize business strategy, digital design, AI/ML capability, and clinical insight to create truly transformative offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and own the product strategy for new digital and AI solutions, aligned with ResMed's mission and portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate significant problem spaces through user insights, market intelligence, and structured experimentation.
- Craft compelling product narratives and business cases that secure alignment from executive sponsors and global partners.
End-to-End Product Leadership:
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation → prototyping → validation → iteration → scale readiness.
- Translate user and clinical needs into clear requirements, experience goals, and measurable success metrics.
- Maintain a transparent, prioritized roadmap that balances desirability, viability, feasibility, and compliance.
AI & Clinical-Safe Innovation:
- Partner closely with AI/ML, Data Science, and Clinical teams to integrate advanced models responsibly and safely.
- Ensure all initiatives align with privacy, regulatory, quality, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential for product innovation and new business models.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence:
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/Design, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Operations to bring concepts to life.
- Facilitate rapid validation through pilots, prototypes, and early market tests.
- Mentor product managers and foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Influence stakeholders across global teams to build alignment and secure support for incubation initiatives.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills:
- 7-12+ years of digital product management experience, ideally within digital health, AI/ML-enabled products, or regulated healthcare technology.
- A proven track record of driving 0→1 product creation through discovery, experimentation, validation, and early launch.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to simplify ambiguity and synthesize complex information into a clear direction.
- Experience partnering closely with AI/ML, data science, engineering, and clinical teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience operating across global teams and designing products for scale.
- A genuine passion for improving patient outcomes, enabling clinicians, and shaping the future of healthcare.
