We are seeking a high-potential graduate or early-career analyst to join our Productivity & Operational Strategy team, reporting directly into the Chief of Staff. Your Mission: The Analytic Engine of Our Productivity Agenda
You will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decisions across ResMed’s transformation journey. From rolling out a new global productivity tool to tracking financial benefits and supporting executive reporting, your work will have immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Productivity Tool Enablement & Governance
- Support the build, configuration, and rollout of a new global Productivity Tool across the organization.
- Develop user onboarding materials, training guides, and process maps to drive adoption.
- Perform data validation and quality control to ensure tool integrity and reliable reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed consistent tool usage.
2. Financial Tracking & Value Realisation
- Partner with Finance to establish robust benefit-tracking methodologies and valuation frameworks.
- Track month-to-month value delivery, analyze variances, and report on initiative performance.
- Prepare financial reconciliations and insights for executive reviews and leadership forums.
3. Transformation Support & Project Management
- Work with Global Technology Services (GTS) and business functions to track initiative timelines, dependencies, and impacts.
- Maintain a clear transformation roadmap with progress indicators, risks, and issue logs.
- Apply structured project management discipline to identify blockers and support timely escalation.
4. Executive Reporting & Insight Generation
- Develop clear, compelling dashboards and presentation packs for Steering Committees and operational reviews.
- Use Excel and PowerPoint to translate complex operational and financial data into executive-ready insights.
- Maintain a central repository of transformation artifacts and documentation.
Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate
You are a recent graduate or early-career professional with outstanding academic credentials, sharp analytical skills, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders. You thrive in structured, data-rich environments and are eager to build a career at the intersection of business and technology.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. An Honours or Master’s degree is advantageous.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in:
- Financial or commercial analysis
- Business/data analysis
- Corporate strategy, consulting, or PMO/project support
- Strong Excel mastery (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, tracking).
- Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft clear financial and operational narratives.
- Project management exposure with an ability to track milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Comfortable working with data from multiple systems (ERP, planning, analytics tools).
- Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or basic SQL.
