Your Role: Be a Trusted Guide for Better Sleep
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of ResMed in our clinic. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a natural communicator who takes pride in helping customers achieve their sleep health goals. Our team is collaborative and customer-obsessed—we succeed by working together and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Actively listen to understand each customer's unique sleep challenges and provide compassionate, solution-focused guidance.
- Drive Purposeful Sales: Use your sales skills to connect customers with ResMed products that will genuinely improve their quality of life.
- Handle Administrative Duties: Accurately process purchases, document customer interactions, and manage product usage enquiries with attention to detail.
- Be a Team Player: Support your colleagues in a fast-paced environment, embracing a flexible "all-hands-on-deck" approach to ensure our store and our customers thrive.
- Continuously Learn: Stay curious and develop new skills in the dynamic and growing field of sleep health.
Who You Are: Qualifications & Attributes
Your Experience:
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role.
- Strong administrative skills and comfort with documenting and processing customer information.
Your Strengths:
