Your Role: Guide Customers Toward Better Sleep
As a Retail Sales Assistant (Sleep Health Advisor), you will be a vital member of our clinic team, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You’ll be a natural communicator who takes pride in guiding customers toward meaningful health outcomes. In our close-knit, collaborative environment, we all pitch in to support each other and put our customers first—there’s no room for "that’s not my job" here.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Personalized Support: Listen actively to understand each customer’s unique sleep needs and provide compassionate, knowledgeable recommendations.
- Drive Purposeful Sales: Use your consultative skills to match customers with the right ResMed products that support their health and wellness journey.
- Manage In-Store Operations: Process purchases, document customer interactions, and handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate as a Team Player: Work flexibly in a small, dynamic team to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Embrace Continuous Learning: Stay curious and develop expertise in sleep health, an evolving and impactful industry.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer-facing role.
