We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our clinical trial programs. In this pivotal role, you will lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure the successful execution of complex, global clinical studies—driving both project success and team development.
đź“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🗂️ Strategic Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing clinical operations team, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials across phases and therapeutic areas.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the team.
🔍 Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and data integrity.
- Monitor trial performance metrics, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions to optimize study outcomes.
- Ensure all operations align with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and client expectations.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Clinical Development, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Project Management to ensure seamless integration of clinical operations with overall project goals.
- Serve as a key internal and external stakeholder liaison, building strong relationships with sponsors, sites, and internal partners.
- Drive process innovation and operational best practices across the organization.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
âś… ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in clinical operations with a proven track record of managing and leading global clinical trials across multiple phases and therapeutic areas.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing clinical operations professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent strategic, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex operational challenges.

- Experience in a global CRO or sponsor environment managing large, multinational studies.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MBA) or relevant professional certifications.
