🎯 JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our premium nitrile glove products. In this role, you will expand our customer base, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets in a dynamic global market.
đź“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🎯 Sales & Business Development
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive promotion and strategic selling.
- Expand the customer base by identifying and developing relationships with new prospects.
- Grow business with existing customers by promoting new products and implementing sales strategies.
- Participate in local and international exhibitions to showcase Hartalega’s products and brand.
🤝 Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong rapport with customers by providing high-level support, market insights, regulatory guidance, and product information.
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, products, samples, registrations, shipments, and payments.
- Organize and facilitate customer visits, meetings, and events.
- Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
đź“‹ Operational & Administrative Excellence
- Maintain accurate Customer Requirement (CR) Files, forecasts, and purchase orders.
- Facilitate agreements and contracts discussions and ensure proper filing.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams on Packaging Change Orders (PCO), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and new product launches.
- Assist in yearly sales budget planning by providing customer sales forecasts.
🔄 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align promotional activities and market outreach.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
âś… ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related field (B2B, manufacturing, healthcare, or FMCG). Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and excellent communicator.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for customer meetings and exhibitions.
