Role Overview
As an Investigator Payment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient payments to investigators in line with contracts. You will support the Investigator Payments team, liaise with cross-functional departments, and serve as a key point of contact for payment-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and maintenance of investigator payments.
- Act as main point of contact for customer concerns in absence of senior IPG team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IPG systems and processes.
- Partner with Clinical staff to execute payments as per contractual obligations.
- Liaise with Clinical, PTS, IT, Finance, Legal, and Contracts teams to resolve payment queries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Clinical teams, site personnel, and sponsors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
- Excellent organizational, administration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills with ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
