Commercial Strategy & Leadership
- Drive revenue and profitability for CSL Seqirus & Vifor In-License ANZ, aligning with brand performance and commercial strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans covering resourcing, competencies, incentives, and talent development
- Shape the product portfolio and lead vision for CSL Seqirus ANZ sales
Business Development & Analytics
- Facilitate the in-licensing of new pharmaceutical assets, maximizing P&L impact
- Partner with the Business Analytics Senior Manager to develop data-driven APAC strategies
- Leverage market insights for resource optimization and strategic decision-making
Team Development & Culture
- Cultivate a passionate, high-performance culture where talent thrives
- Build strong partnerships between in-licensing and vaccine commercial structures
- Ensure development of training strategies that drive customer value
⭐ Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, Life Sciences, or Healthcare; MBA or graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years' healthcare experience with 8+ years' pharmaceutical/biotech sales and marketing
- 7+ years' experience leading teams in a global organization
- Proven track record in launching new products and growing established portfolios
- Experience in both primary care and specialty sales environments
Leadership Competencies
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and partnership-building skills
