🎯 Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Technical Maintenance & Calibration
- Manage fault correction, calibration, preventative maintenance, and equipment overhaul
- Perform routine calibration of process instruments both in-situ and in workshop environments
- Diagnose faults in control and monitoring loop elements, electronic systems, and sub-assemblies
- Maintain workshop equipment and reference calibration instruments to GMP standards
Operational Excellence & Safety
- Shut down, isolate, and test machines and equipment for maintenance purposes
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure continuous manufacturing operations
- Interpret control system diagrams, electrical circuits, and engineering drawings
- Commit to workplace safety for yourself and your team at all times
Systems & Documentation
- Maintain integrity of SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Assist with work planning, scope development, isolation procedures, and risk assessments
- Support scheduled servicing, breakdown responses, shutdowns, and commissioning activities
- Prepare sketches of systems and circuit modifications as required
⭐ Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Relevant Trade Qualification (Cert III-Cert IV or equivalent) as Electrical OR Instrumentation Technician
- Experience with technical instrumentation in pharmaceutical, FMCG, oil and gas, or similar industries
- Sound understanding of calibration methods and non-conformance investigations
- Computer literacy with knowledge of SAP or similar CMMS systems
Technical Competencies
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to diagnose faults on interconnected electrical circuits and systems
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and circuit diagrams
- Understanding of GMP environment requirements
Work Requirements
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including day and night rotations
- Commitment to 24/7 production schedule supporting critical manufacturing operations
- Willingness to work overtime as required with applicable loadings and allowances
