Reporting to the Associate Director – Business Analytics, you'll be the crucial link between Commercial, IT, and Digital Transformation teams, ensuring our CRM delivers maximum value in protecting communities against influenza globally.
🎯 Your Strategic Impact: Key Responsibilities
CRM Platform Leadership
- Own and manage the Veeva CRM (C360 Engage) platform end-to-end for ANZ, including strategic roadmap, enhancements, and system integrations
- Lead CRM-related projects from conception through UAT, training, and implementation
- Translate business needs from Sales and Marketing into technical requirements and actionable solutions
- Communicate platform updates and improvements to Sales teams, ensuring optimal adoption and usage
Data Governance & Integration Excellence
- Ensure customer data integrity and governance across all systems and processes
- Liaise with IT and Business Analytics to manage backend integrations and optimize data flow between systems
- Implement and maintain robust master data management practices
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality and accessibility
Commercial Strategy Enablement
- Provide strategic guidance on customer segmentation, targeting, and profiling to optimize commercial effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Digital Transformation teams to align CRM capabilities with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and stay current with Veeva platform developments and best practices
⭐ Your Profile: Skills & Experience
Essential Technical Expertise
- 4–7 years experience managing CRM systems, with strong preference for Veeva (C360 Engage, CRM, Align, Network)
- Proven track record in CRM system configuration, integration, and end-to-end project delivery
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and master data management principles
Professional Competencies
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and external vendors
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute CRM roadmap aligned to commercial objectives
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion
Industry Knowledge
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly regulated environment preferred
- Understanding of commercial operations in life sciences industry
