Site Support & Communication
- Serve as primary in-house contact for clinical sites and investigators
- Conduct remote site management activities according to study monitoring plans
- Contact clinical sites for specific requests including:
- Enrollment updates and missing documentation
- Data entry timeliness and query follow-up
- Action item resolution and CDA follow-up
Study Management & Compliance
- Maintain timelines and ensure accuracy of data in ICON systems
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ICON SOPs
- Support investigator recruitment activities
- Participate in QA audits as needed
Collaboration & Professional Development
- Attend and contribute to project-specific and departmental meetings
- Maintain professional relationships with study teams, sites, and sponsors
- Take responsibility for project tasks and see them through to completion

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
- Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Mandarin

- Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote environment
