JoinĀ ICON plcĀ as anĀ Adjudication Project ManagerĀ and play a critical role in managing medical imaging adjudication processes for clinical trials. In this specialized position, you'll ensure the highest standards of data quality and consistency in medical image review, contributing to accurate clinical trial outcomes and supporting the development of innovative treatments.
šÆ Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Adjudication Process Management
- Assist with development of project-specific Procedure Manuals and Staffing Plans
- Manage scheduling of site Imaging Manual trainings and reviewer assignments
- Coordinate Offsite Assessments and Blinded Reads scheduling
- Perform quality control of Offsite Assessments and Blinded Reads
Project Coordination & Communication
- Serve as communication liaison between clients, sites, and CRAs
- Assist with project reports and maintain project tracking systems
- Conduct client teleconferences in Project Manager's absence
- Support Project Managers with agendas and meeting minutes
Data & Supply Management
- Manage Study Centres for supplies and outstanding data tracking
- Update and maintain Study Files including enrollment logs and data status
- Maintain inventories of study supplies and imaging materials
- Ensure accurate data management in project tracking systems
Quality & Compliance
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities
- Maintain study documentation to regulatory standards
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to ICON's quality standards
ā Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Experience in clinical research project coordination or management
- Knowledge of medical imaging processes in clinical trials
- Understanding of clinical data management principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Technical Competencies
- Experience with project tracking systems and data management
- Knowledge of clinical trial documentation requirements
- Understanding of quality control processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
