🎯 Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership & Employee Experience
- Partner with HR Business Partners across all business lines on employee matters, benefits, compensation, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with Organizational Development to create and launch impactful employee-focused programs
- Develop and manage global employee policies and guidelines in alignment with business strategy
- Serve as trusted advisor and problem-solver for employee relations matters worldwide
Talent Operations & Program Management
- Assist HRBPs in coordinating 6-week reviews and ensuring successful onboarding experiences for new hires
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and IT to create seamless onboarding and first-90-day experiences
- Manage internal HR marketing campaigns and employee communication initiatives
- Provide immigration support and global mobility coordination for international staff
Data-Driven HR Leadership
- Create and analyze HR metrics for onboarding/offboarding, program effectiveness, and market trends
- Utilize internal and external employee data to inform leadership decisions and strategy
- Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate HR data reporting and analysis
- Support compensation alignment, benefit plan design, and open enrollment processes
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Process payroll including data compilation, problem resolution, and record maintenance
- Administer benefits including enrollment, adjustments, and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to country-specific employment laws and global regulations
- Maintain quality control across all HR processes and activities
⭐ Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Educational Foundation
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in HR or related field
- PHR or internationally recognized HR certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 1+ year in management
- Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors preferred
HR Functional Expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge across all HR functional areas
- Strong understanding of global employment guidelines and compliance
