🎯 Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Excellence & Yield Optimization
- Resolve production yield issues through systematic root-cause analysis and effective corrective actions
- Analyze and interpret test data using advanced statistical tools, presenting actionable insights to management
- Identify PCBA and electronic component failures, implementing robust engineering solutions
- Drive continuous improvement of test equipment and processes to meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives
Technical Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Lead Non-Conformance Report (NCR) investigations and address complex manufacturing challenges
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert during audits, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians on manufacturing constraints and system recovery
- Draft and maintain comprehensive test system documentation following quality management processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with New Product Introduction, R&D, IT, and Firmware teams to enhance test system deliverables
- Drive innovation in test system architecture and manufacturing processes
- Implement risk assessments and FMEA methodologies to prevent quality issues
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities for new product launches
⭐ Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 8+ years in manufacturing test system design and architecture
- Proficiency in NI LabVIEW, Python, or C++ programming
- Experience in data analysis, PCB design, and schematic interpretation
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities
Technical Expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and system validation
- Experience with yield improvement and non-conformance investigation
- Knowledge of industrial electronics and automation control systems
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing standards (preferred)
Professional Competencies
- Excellent English communication skills for technical reporting and team leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing environments
- Experience with organizational change management processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Theoretical knowledge in acoustics or Radio Frequency (RF)
