BI Solution Development & Management
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
- Conduct data modeling and development using global standard BI tools
- Design and author reports/dashboards using Microsoft BI stack (SSIS/SSRS/Power BI)
- Support the full solution lifecycle from development through to retirement
Data Operations & Analytics
- Implement and monitor daily data loadings using defined standards
- Perform data profiling and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity
- Utilize T-SQL/SQL for advanced data analysis and reporting
- Apply SSAS and other analytics tools for deep business insights
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
- Work with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver seamless support
- Coordinate patching and upgrades with business and IT stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of tasks and activities
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
Project Coordination & Quality Assurance
- Support test design and functional testing with proper documentation
- Coordinate activities for smaller changes and enhancements
- Apply systems development lifecycle methodologies including scrum and agile

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
- Proficiency with Microsoft BI stack (SSIS/SSRS/Power BI)
- Advanced skills in T-SQL/SQL and data modeling
- Experience with SSAS or other analytics tools
