We are currently seeking a Contracts Management Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contracts Management Coordinator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth execution of contracts related to clinical trials, interpreting complex legal documents, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing
- Coordinating the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for contract drafting and negotiation.
- Tracking and managing contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Serving as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and providing guidance to stakeholders as needed.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in contracts management, legal administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software is advantageous.
