Your Role: Be the Face of Better Sleep Health
You’ll create outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and supporting customers on their sleep health journey. Working collaboratively with a dedicated team, you’ll uphold high standards, contribute to business growth, and build lasting relationships with customers seeking healthier sleep.
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales:
- Deliver Personalized Guidance: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend tailored ResMed solutions.
- Drive Purposeful Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by connecting customers with products that improve sleep quality.
- Build Loyal Relationships: Follow up with customers, check on their progress, and ensure their satisfaction.
Clinic Operations & Merchandising:
- Maintain Impeccable Standards: Keep displays fresh, manage inventory, and ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle Day-to-Day Operations: Process POS transactions, manage cash handling, and complete administrative tasks accurately.
- Care for Demo Equipment: Maintain and prepare trial devices for customer use.
Expertise & Development:
- Become a Sleep Health Expert: Complete comprehensive ResMed training and stay up to date on the latest products and sleep science.
- Share Knowledge Confidently: Educate customers and contribute to a knowledgeable team environment.
Who You Are
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing retail, sales, or service role.
- Experience with visual merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling.
- A background in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness is a plus, but not required.
Your Strengths:
- Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented: You’re motivated by targets and love celebrating wins.
- Empathetic Communicator: Confident, compassionate, and able to adapt your style to connect with anyone.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy, from store presentation to daily reporting.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology; knowledge of Salesforce and Shopify is a bonus.
- Flexible & Reliable: Available to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
