This senior HR leadership role will drive Hartalega into the future by translating business strategies, vision, and values into innovative people strategies. You will lead efforts to shape a culture where Hartalegaâs people processes are externally admired, covering HR business advisory, succession planning, career mobility, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
đ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
đ˘ Culture & Strategic People Leadership
- Live and strengthen the Hartalega culture through systematic and organic people processes.
- Drive and communicate Hartalegaâs people agenda and initiatives across the organization.
- Act as a proactive business partner and strategic sparring partner to both business leaders and HR functions.
- Support HR Centers of Excellence in deploying strategic programs in performance management, succession planning, leadership engagement, and manpower planning.
đ Organizational Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex people issues, engaging stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in.
- Support workplace diagnostics and solutions collaboratively.
đ Employee Experience & Compliance
- Facilitate the employee engagement process and act as a change agent to foster a performance culture and engaged workforce.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on fundamental HR topics, escalating as needed.
- Provide advice and counsel to ensure 100% compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical practices.
- Support policy development and deployment to relevant stakeholders.
đ¤ YOUR PROFILE

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Talent, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar HR leadership roles, preferably within large, multi-layered manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, talent management, performance management, and industrial/employee relations.
- Strong skills in coaching, leadership development, and organizational design.
- HR-related professional certifications are required.

- Experience in ESG, non-technical risk management, and community/external stakeholder leadership.
- Background in high-growth, globally scaled manufacturing or healthcare supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving cultural transformation and strategic HR initiatives.
