đŻ JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial reporting, operations, and compliance functions. You will be responsible for monthly management reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, budgeting, and ERP system oversight, while mentoring a team to ensure timely and accurate financial operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
đ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
đ Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly management reports and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide financial and operating reports to management for strategic review.
- Lead annual budget preparation and conduct financial performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and costing methods.
đĽ Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
- Mentor and guide managers and below to ensure effective performance.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, and provide training and coaching to subordinates.
- Ensure department practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
đ° Cash Flow, Treasury & Compliance
- Manage cash flow, credit control, treasury requirements, and fund placement.
- Ensure effective asset management and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, legal, and secretarial requirements.
- Liaise with tax agents, auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

- Lead the effective operation of the companyâs ERP system, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements and system optimizations within the finance function.
- Oversee integrated real-time ERP operations to support business decisions.
đ¤ YOUR PROFILE

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and costing methods.
- Hands-on experience with integrated real-time ERP systems (implementation and operation).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
đ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in high-volume, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or medical device manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements, tax regulations, and treasury management.
- Proven ability to improve processes, drive efficiency, and support business growth through financial insights.
