🎯 JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Production Senior Manager to oversee Dipping, Compounding, and Former Team operations. You will assist the Production Manager in managing resources, ensuring process efficiency, and maintaining strict compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP standards. This role is pivotal in driving productivity, quality, and cost optimization across high-volume manufacturing lines.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🏭 Business & Operations Leadership
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing Dipping, Compounding, and Former Team Sections, including manpower planning, allocation, and daily operations.
- Execute production standards and procedures, plan production activities, and coordinate subordinate work to meet targets.
- Manage inventories of materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality, capacity, and efficiency.
- Monitor and implement quality control programs and investigate production issues, waste, and deviations.
- Schedule equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure operational reliability.
- Conduct production planning with forecasting for material requirements and manpower utilization.
📊 Quality, Cost & Inventory Control
- Monitor overall production quality and output, reporting issues to senior management.
- Analyze production operation costs and develop systematic plans for cost improvement.
- Review QC and Packing reports and ensure gloves meet customer specifications.
- Control glove inventory levels and collaborate with the Packing Manager to optimize inventory.
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through lean methodologies and operational excellence.
👥 People & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop a large team (100+ direct/indirect staff) across multiple production lines.
- Manage staff performance, coaching, and training to build a capable, engaged workforce.
- Build cooperative inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct weekly and monthly department meetings to align goals and address challenges.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in process manufacturing, preferably in high-volume, continuous production environments.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, GMP, ISO 9001/13485, and operational excellence tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping).
- Expertise in resource planning, time study, manpower utilization, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage large teams, optimize processes, and drive cost and quality improvements.

- Experience in dip molding, compounding, or disposable medical device manufacturing.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence.
