Hartalega is seeking a Clinical Affairs Manager to provide the critical clinical bridge between hospital practice and product innovation. In this strategic role, you will leverage your nursing expertise to guide our new product pipeline, lead clinical education, and build authoritative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring our solutions truly meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the primary clinical voice, integrating real-world healthcare insights into every stage of the product lifecycle.
Clinical Strategy & Product Innovation:
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) to inform and shape the clinical development of new product pipelines.
- Lead user needs assessments and clinical feedback sessions, translating insights from hospitals into actionable product requirements and improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to prioritize features, support prototype validation, and ensure products align with clinical realities.
KOL Engagement & Evidence Generation:
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with KOLs, clinical teams, and hospital stakeholders to drive product adoption and gather expert insights.
- Monitor post-market product performance, analyzing real-world data to identify opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.
- Provide critical clinical review to ensure all product communication, marketing content, and educational materials are accurate, credible, and evidence-based.
Clinical Education & Training:
- Develop and implement comprehensive clinical education initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of all evidence-based educational materials to ensure the proper use and benefits of our products are effectively communicated.
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an equivalent field.
- Active registration with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience in a hospital/acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in a clinical affairs or medical role.
- Specialized knowledge in CSSD, Operating Theatre (OT), or Dialysis is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with KOLs and internal cross-functional teams.
