You will work within a collaborative team, interacting with HR, Finance, and external providers to maintain data integrity and resolve inquiries, all while contributing to the seamless function of a global leader in healthcare intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the accurate and compliant execution of payroll processes, serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries.
Payroll Processing & Compliance:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain meticulous payroll records and documentation for employee deductions, earnings, and taxes.
- Assist with payroll reporting and analysis to support business needs and inform decision-making.
Stakeholder Support & Data Integrity:
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all payroll data.
- Work effectively as part of a small team to meet strict, recurring deadlines.
Your Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll processing or a related finance/accounting field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
