Accounts Payable Processing Excellence
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP vouchers for vendor invoices, investigator payments, and employee expense claims
- Execute precise payment processing while maintaining strict adherence to financial controls and approval workflows
- Manage all financial documentation in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Perform comprehensive reconciliation of creditor accounts to maintain accurate financial records
Financial Operations & Month-End Support
- Actively participate in month-end close processes, ensuring all AP activities are accurately recorded
- Resolve payment issues promptly with suppliers, investigators, and internal employees
- Maintain organized vendor records and payment documentation for audit readiness
- Support financial reporting through accurate data entry and transaction processing
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Participate in AP re-engineering projects to enhance efficiency and automation
