Our Accounting & Reporting team are the guardians of financial integrity. We:
- Apply accounting principles to prepare journals and analyze financial information
- Maintain robust controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Support preparation of internal and external financial reports
- Collaborate across functions to deliver accurate financial data
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Bank & Cash Management
- Upload bank statements to Oracle and run auto-matching reports
- Reconcile bank statements against AP/AR subledger transactions
- Prepare manual journals for payroll, FX, bank fees, and intercompany loans
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between GL and bank balances
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations in ARCS
- Manage prepayments, accruals, and amortizations
- Complete monthly tax tasks (GST, PAYG) and annual surveys
- Ensure strict adherence to reporting deadlines
Technical Accounting
- Post FX revaluation journals for foreign currency accounts
- Reconcile ESPP accounts and resolve payroll variances
- Handle deposit inventory FX revaluations
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations
⭐ Your Profile
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Current ACA/ACPA certification
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong reconciliation experience
- Understanding of FX revaluation and intercompany transactions
Technical Skills
- Experience with financial systems (Oracle preferred)
- Ability to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
- Strong knowledge of month-end closing processes
- Experience with tax compliance and reporting
