Your Mission: Architect Intelligent Automation
You will spearhead the adoption of AI-powered assistance, developing innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with our Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Platform). Key Responsibilities
1. Lead AI & Copilot Solution Development
- Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, Bot Services), and the Power Platform.
- Design and build intelligent agents and chatbots that leverage content from SharePoint and structured data to automate tasks and provide AI-powered assistance.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and effective technical AI solutions.
2. Engineer Low-Code/Pro-Code Platforms
- Utilize the full Microsoft Power Platform (Model-Driven & Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, Power BI, Power Pages) to build robust business applications.
- Design end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Teams, Dataverse) to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process efficiency.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and advanced functional support for M365 technologies.
3. Drive Strategic Adoption & Collaboration
- Work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI, Copilot, and low-code solutions can drive significant process improvement and ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, guiding the organization in best practices for leveraging the Power Platform and Azure AI.
- Manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality delivery with meticulous attention to detail.

You are a hybrid technologist: part visionary AI integrator, part pragmatic full-stack developer within the Microsoft ecosystem. Your Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of overall experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer.
- 3+ years of hands-on, professional experience designing and developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query).
- 3+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Proven experience with Azure AI services (e.g., Cognitive Services, Bot Framework) and a strong desire to pioneer Microsoft Copilot integrations.
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Teams, Office 365).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a global, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable.
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Pages, and custom connectors.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
