You will lead the analysis, design, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions across the full system lifecycle. By partnering with QA/RA, GTS delivery teams, and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure that every solution aligns with regulatory requirements, operational excellence, and strategic business outcomes.
đź“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔍 Analysis & Solution Leadership
- Analyze complex business challenges and lead the definition of digital and automation-enabled solutions that meet regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting comprehensive business and system requirements—including functional, non-functional, data, integration, and validation needs.
- Define and document end-to-end processes, procedures, and data flows to ensure clarity and alignment.
🤝 Partnership & Delivery Oversight
- Partner with GTS and business teams to configure system options, support solution design decisions, and maintain requirements traceability through build, testing, and deployment.
- Plan, coordinate, and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing activities, including validation deliverables where required.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex business and system issues.
👨‍🏫 Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide expert guidance within the discipline, influencing delivery approaches and contributing to strategic outcomes through strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead cooperative efforts across business, GTS, and vendor teams.
- Mentor junior team members, serve as a best practice resource, and frequently lead sub-functional teams or projects.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
âś… ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years in business analysis or a related role, with proven experience delivering complex enterprise systems.
- Background in regulated, quality-critical, or compliance-driven environments (e.g., medical devices, healthcare, life sciences).
- Demonstrated ability to apply functional expertise to solve complex problems, lead specialized initiatives, and influence outcomes.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and determine methods for new or ambiguous assignments.
🌟 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience within medical device, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, QMS, or integrated cloud platforms.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) within a GxP or FDA-regulated context.
