About the Role
This is a full-time secondment role for a duration of 12 months. In this position, you will partner with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a strategic DTC analytics project, transforming insights into measurable business impact.
📋 Let’s Talk About Responsibilities
- Understand customer segments and the nurture journey across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business channels.
- Proactively collect, clean, and analyse operational, financial, and customer data to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Identify trends, root causes, and actionable patterns that directly inform business priorities.
- Ensure every analysis concludes with specific, practical recommendations for action.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders and consultants to define key dashboard metrics that drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and actionable insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust analysis.
- Analyse site engagement and conversion metrics (traffic sources, bounce rates, funnel drop-offs) and support A/B testing and checkout optimisation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate insights into implemented actions and measurable results.
- Provide scenario modelling and forecasting to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Recommend and help execute process improvements, resource allocation, and workflow changes based on data evidence.
👤 Let’s Talk About Qualifications and Experience
âś… Required (Must-Have)
- Interest in understanding direct-to-consumer business.
- 2–5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in business, marketing, or operations.
- Experience leading an Analytics project.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
