As a Sleep Coach, you will be the face of ResMed in our retail clinic. Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting people on their sleep health journey. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to provide exceptional service, maintain high standards, and contribute to our growth and reputation.

- Create Amazing Customer Experiences:Â Greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them to personalized sleep solutions.
- Drive Sales Success:Â Achieve and exceed sales targets by recommending products and services that genuinely improve sleep quality and health.
- Maintain Impeccable Standards:Â Keep displays fresh, manage inventory, and ensure the clinic is inviting and professional.
- Build Product Expertise: Complete comprehensive training and stay current with ResMed’s innovative sleep technologies.
- Foster Lasting Relationships:Â Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, progress, and long-term loyalty.
- Handle Operations with Care:Â Process POS transactions, manage cash, and complete administrative duties accurately.
- Care for Equipment:Â Maintain and prepare trial devices for customer use, ensuring everything is in perfect working order.
👤 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Retail or customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
- A sales-driven mindset—you love connecting with people and achieving goals.
- Strong, compassionate communication skills; you’re confident and adaptable.
- Keen attention to detail, from visual merchandising to accurate reporting.
- Tech-savvy; POS experience is required. Knowledge of Salesforce or Shopify is a bonus.
- A healthcare or pharmacy background is fantastic, but not essential.
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, weekends, and public holidays.
